I am very pleased with the service I received today. The salon was clean, bright, and the staff all greeted me when I entered. I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal. My first session was today and Miryam was warm, professional, and kind. She explained the process and answered any questions I had. I felt welcomed and comfortable, and will most definitely return. I appreciate that there was clear communication, a pleasant atmosphere, and wonderful service.

I have had laser hair removal before and never had any issues. In my past experience they would put a cooling gel first, and start with the low setting of the laser and go up accordingly. However from this establishment I was just given an icepack and it was over very promptly. As a result I sustained painful burns with no signs of hair shedding. No laser treatment should result in multiple burns. I had a groupon for a 6 sessions treatment. I will sadly not return. These are pictures of some of the burns.

I got a Groupon which was a great deal. My stylist Evie was very friendly and professional and did an amazing job at correcting the cut my boyfriend gave me during covid. I trusted her to colour my damaged and dry hair in the best way she saw fit, and it turned out amazing! Nice place all around and there was a staff member cleaning and sanitizing every inch of the place LITERALLY CONTINUALLY for the 90 minutes I was there! Never been here before and pretty far from my home, but would absolutely return. Good work team!
