If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sadie is a very nice lady but I couldn’t care less about how nice my hairdresser is if they’re going to completely botch my hair. I asked Sadie to give me some layers to give me some volume. We agreed on long layers. As you can see the layers are uneven and the front of my hair is drastically shorter than the rest. These are not long layers by any means. This is honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I’m completely heartbroken. The only way I can wear my hair is up now. Not sure if Sadie can cut hair or if she was too busy talking to her friend the majority of the haircut to realize what she was doing to my hair. It’s devastating because I spent years growing my hair and hundreds of dollars getting and maintaining my perm. I’m new to town so I took a chance of Sadie and I regret it deeply. Please me weary of the reviews... I’m assuming many have been left by family and friends. Maybe Sadie can trim hair well or cut straight hair but please for the love of God do not go here if you want layers. I told her it looked short and she tried to convince me I looked beautiful. The damage was done so I left without creating a scene...

This is my favorite hair salon in Greater Vancouver Area. Super kind and friendly, clean and professional, and most importantly amazing results. Both me and my girlfriend got our haircuts here and are 2 very happy customers!
Well I went here based off of the great reviews here. I showed the stylist pictures of what I wanted - selfies based off of what I usually get. She completely ignored me and just did what she thought would look better. She insulted my previous hair dresser, and claimed she was much better the whole time. Didn't wash or rinse my hair. Talked on the phone while randomly thinning my hair with the other hand. Was rough and careless. She also messed with my flippin hairline with a trimmer as seen in the photo, and there's no distinct line between where my side fade stops and the top hair begins. Its way too high and not even remotely straight. She also tapered my sideburns into a point. Nothing even close to what I wanted even though I specifically told her and showed her photos. It's actually the worst hair cut I've ever had in my life to be perfectly honest. A straight up disaster. I'm upset and embarrassed. I have to wear a hat and wait for it all to grow out now. I will never return.
