The owner Alfred is amazing,knowledgeable, patient and caring. Alfred was very sick but would come in if you wanted to talk to him about his products. He also has natural products for your pet puppies and will take time to explain them to you.

Bought product that later that day discovered it was expired. Asked for an exchange but cashier said nothing can be done, even though their policy offers full refund. Has no ability to do so and stated that very rudely. Horrible customer experience.
