This facility has to be one of the worse nursing homes in the area. Do not trust them with your loved ones. My mom was there approximately one month before she passed on. She would tell us everyday how she was treated so poorly. She would call for assistance and took so long for someone to come. She was bedridden and we relied on them to take care of her needs. One day she said they left her in a wheelchair for three hours. I did call and speak to them about another incident that an aide scolded my 92 year old mother because she needed help. That was while her granddaughter was on the phone to hear that conversation. In her final hours we were told that myself and my two daughters could not be by her side due to COVID restrictions. The day prior wasn’t a problem though. Lack of communication with the family and the rude treatment for the patient and family is deplorable.

I would never trust anyone I care about or know at this facility. My grandmother was there for 4 weeks. Every night she would call us crying that no one cares for her and they are rough when treating her. We were unable to enter the facility due to COVID restrictions. Three weeks after she was there, hospice was notified since she was declining. The staff refused the hospice nurses to come into the building. In her last 3 days alive, the staff refused family to be with her at her bedside as she passed, refused her pastor entry to pray, and never checked her status or vitals since calling hospice. Karen, the head nurse, was the rudest person I have ever met and would come into the room with no reason just to see how many people were in the room at a time. The director, Tim, did not care at all about the treatment and was only concerned when about a negative post on Facebook from the family. No one cares at this facility!

DO NOT trust your loved ones at this poorly managed facility! My Grandmother was placed at this facility for approximately one month and it was nothing but a nightmare from day one. We had no communication from the staff about her care and overall health, which is pretty essential when you cannot visit the facility due to COVID lockdowns. We trusted this facility and staff after careful consideration and much research on nursing homes in the area, only to majorly regret this decision four weeks later when she passed away. The nursing staff was rude, paid little to no attention to the residents, and even left my grandmother in a wheelchair for four hours and unable to get back to her bed after \forgetting\ to take her for a walk after getting her up. They then tried to deny my family to be at her bedside in her final hours due to COVID restrictions, even though we had already been there the previous 24 hours. There was no consistency in guidelines from day to day and the care she received was subpar at best. She was very unhappy and upset everyday when we spoke to her and we could never get anyone from the facility on the phone to talk about what was going on. She would tell us she hits the call button in her bed when she needed help and nobody would ever come to assist. She was bed ridden at this point and heavily relied on the staff for assistance. While on the phone with her one evening, I even witnessed an aide scold her for calling for help and bothering them, which is what they are getting paid to do and the whole reason she was there!! I would not trust my dog to the care of this facility, let alone another family member.
