I have not had a bad experience yet. I enjoy talking to the staff, who are always pleasant. They offer a ride service, which is super helpful. Their proximity to downtown Port Orchard makes it easy to take a walk on the trail by the water, or window shop with coffee from the Oasis. I really enjoy the exploration in particular, because I have never been fond of sitting quietly in a waiting room, desperately trying to avoid eye contact with the strangers staring blankly at their phones all around me.

So far I’ve purchased two cars from Ruben, and I can confidently say that he’s earned my business for life! The whole team is a pleasure to work with. They aren’t pushy at all. I was able to shop around and test out as many cars as I liked without feeling pressured. The waiting area is comfy and they always have upbeat music in the background, as well as a convenient coffee machine. Erin made the paperwork a breeze, she’s fun and so easy to talk to. This place is unlike any car dealership I’ve seen before. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers!
