Rustic cabins...lake views and an abundance of wildlife. Beautiful scenery, great in the winter. A blessing to stay there and will hope to be returning soon Great owners, I felt safe.

Just returned from SunnyLea resort. We stayed in cottage #9. Everything was neat and clean. The owners, Shirley and Hap are very friendly and go out of their way to satisfy their clients. The grounds are kept immaculate! Their grounds keeper Steve was also very professional and helpful. 'Thanks' folks for an enjoyable stay at SunnyLea.
Stayed in the #15 one bedroom cabin, was overall pleased with the stay, very nice views and nice property. A couple minor complaints but nothing major! the location is nice and convenient right off the highway and close to smaller towns to visit. Would be interested in returning for the winter months and renting the winter cabins.
Great place to rent. Loved every min I was there. People were wonderful and the view was incredible. Good local business near by. Will be going back again
Five guys are here on Little Lake for a Boyz fishing trip and we needed an extra small rental boat. Last year we rented an aluminum here so we’re back again. Hours are 08:00-20:00 daily. The cost was 220 plus taxes for the two days use including a tank of fuel for a 14-foot with a 2-stroke 15HP Envinrude motor. Great customer service from the resort owner/operator (Shirley) and the boat performed as expected. Now, the rental did not include any guarantee to catch fish but we did!

My family has been coming here for over 9 years. It’s a safe predictable place. Restaurant, grocery store, ice cream shop and LCBO all within walking distance. The cottage is well equipped, simple and quaint. Next door is a great splash pad for the kids. My children love it. My kids request to go back to Sunnylea and I plan to continue. Thanks for the good memories guys!
This place is a treasure of the North. The cottages are amazing. the facilities are unbelievable. A pristine outdoor pool, cleaned daily. Access to free canoes, kayaks, paddle boats. The hidden gem of the place is it's kid friendly nature. My daughter made friends with the other kids around and had a great week. Catching frogs, watching turtles and a cool Heron had the kids entertained. Beautiful waterfront view. To boot, the place is run by some amazing people. Friendly, willing to help always only add to the amazing mystique that Sunnylea provides. We come back every year, 4 years running and will be back next year!!! Thanks!
