Genuinely dis-satisfied. I've lived in Port Talbot for all my life and all of the sudden; this place has just completely collapsed through the ground. Where do I even start: Not accessible for wheelchair users; this place has 3 customer lifts, as far as I know from when I last visited the centre, only 1 lift was working. Often times there have been occasions when non of the lifts were in service. Next: The variety of shops is nothing like the website displays, most shops are ran by individual people, in my opinion I dislike individual shops, the website makes all the shops (including the individual shops look astonishing, nothing like they actually are) look good when they're not. Next: The multi-storey car park, I'm not joking, this is the WORST car park I've seen in my life. It's trashed, like I mentioned earlier on, the lifts; the lift in the car park has been out of order for a YEAR now, I kid you not. I'm a lift enthusiast myself, I've been counting how long it has been broken for, it broke down in November of 2019 as far as I've known. I once walked down the stairs and spotted a needle in the passageway, and on most floors, the staircase door windows are smashed in. Not to mention the whole car park itself smells of urine and other substances. However, this place does hold some sentimental value to me, I have multiple childhood memories from this place. I would give this place 1 star, but for that, I give it 2 stars.

Always good to visit as you can get a lot of what you need in the shops that are open.

The scruffy carpark could do with regeneration and the whole complex looks dated but does look clean. The Covid precautions are good.
