I took my volvo to have two alloy wheels diamond cut refurbished. The second wheel to be done was missing paint, and the service was really quite hostile. When I mentioned this really quite politely, it was explained to me that \I was lucky to have the second wheel cut at all\ despite it being in excellent condition minus a scuff. The wheel looked considerably worse than when I arrived with it. The diamond cut wheel was slightly touched up by afan tyres but still looking really quite ragged and missing a fair amount of paint from a distance on really quite an expensive car. When I returned to pick up the car, it had been rotated elsewhere on the vehicle in an attempt that I wouldnt notice. The wheel has been taken elsewhere to resolve the issue. I really would avoid Afan, one very unhappy customer.

Very disappointed. Been going there loads as it was always quick, accommodating and great value for money. Not really value this time and they charged balance on top, which I have never experienced before.
