Taken by RAC as had sudden flat after driving over something on nearby motorway. People who work there were fantastic and helpful staff. Didn't have the replacement tyre I needed but sorted out a replacement from nearby branch 30miles away so I could get to where I needed to at another hospital. Would recommend the branch and staff. Thank you.

Appalling service. Not from the area, my wife had a puncture whilst at work and the tyre was completely flat. I drove to her place of work gave her my car and drove hers to the nearest garage which was ATS. No one was in reception and after waiting for almost 5 mins some guy came out and didn’t acknowledge me. I explained the situation and asked if I could get the tyre replaced. He simply said he couldn’t as they were too busy. I explained that the tyre was completely flat (showing 0% on the display) and he said there’s nothing he can do, no apology or offering advice or anything. I explained that I tried using the puncture repair can that was in the boot but due to where the puncture was it didn’t work. I’ve never had any issues getting my tyres done anywhere I’ve been (including punctures etc) and was shocked that the guy I spoke to was happy to let someone drive off with a completely flat tyre. Thankfully it was me and not my wife that had to deal with this terrible service.
