Amazing staff very friendly and helpful nice manager Ben looked after when things don't go to plan only one problem is that they should open later as people working till 6pm and when finished the store is closed so can't go there and needs to put the hours up on line and answer the phone more often when calling for store times or advice on if they sell something sometimes I been ringing and ringing and no answer for hours. that's the only downfall of b&m port talbot store wales otherwise 100% service
