Thanks to all the team at Carpet Masters. We've always had a great service and have used them for our bedroom carpet, downstairs LVT and articial grass. Would recommend.
Used this company a few years ago without any complaints so we decided use them again in our new address. A few months ago we had flooring fitted in our kitchen, Initially we encountered a problem with the levelling of the floor but it was rectified by the really patient, polite fitter. Unfortunately the owner of the company had different ideas and found it necessary to come into our home and be really rude to us ,we were gobsmacked and embarrassed.(as this was witnessed by another tradesman who was working for us at the time). We need further flooring to be fitted in our home but we have gone elsewhere. Its a real shame because we are really pleased with the flooring but for us the attitude of the owner has let this business down. All the other staff were lovely.
Had my stairs and landing done about 2 weeks ago. Very happy with the service and fitting. Will be using again in future
