I have never met such rude staff who never want to help . You can spend half hour on the phone and when it’s your turn they are so blunt and rude it’s unbelievable . Many times I have been on the phone waiting ages for my turn then the phone goes down . Wasted my time many times . They all need to do a course in customer service , it’s an awful surgery .

Dreadful service. Takes ages to get through. Not only do most of receptionists have bad attitude But most of doctors are not very good either. Total waste of time.

Waited 40 minutes to get through, once i had finally got through the receptionist answered and had the worst attitude i had ever heard

absolutely the worst surgery in the building, takes an unreal amount of time to get through to them on the phone, longer than kings by a long shot, and when/if you finally make it through being on hold the reception staff are absolutely abysmal. Extremely rude and have to have an attitude. I love and respect the NHS to death, but is this seriously the best we can do? Had to pick up a prescription for antidepressants as I had run out, mental health nurse said it would be ready for pickup by the 13th, and when I arrived THREE DAYS LATER they had absolutely no idea and were not in any mood to help me (after I had stood at the reception counter for 10 minutes watching the receptionists look at me and carry on chatting in the back office). They told me I had to phone again in the morning, only for me to phone ten minutes later and suddenly after a bit of arguing it will be ready by 5PM? And this is entirely one instance, Ive had many issues with them before and honestly even if I had cancer I would probably rather perish than have to deal with the staff here again.

Recently was sent to the surgery from Minor Injuries Unit as an urgent case. Arrived at surgery and informed that would be seen within an hour. 2 hours later still not seen by a Doctor and i gave up waiting and went home, then went to the Emergency Department to get medical help.

Phoned for blood test results, started at number 2 in the queue, 45 minutes later finally got to speak to someone, never any doctors there to see you even if you manage to get through on the phone
