Missing Mystery

Stacey: So, I ended up with a massive screw in my tyre- (then panicked) as you do! I looked up nearest tyre garage to me (I was at Aberafan Shopping Centre) and MPG Tyres and Exhausts came up- good ratingds- thought I would give them a try (after I tried ATS tyres and ringing them 4 times with no answer! :O). Gave MPG a call and spoke with Ange- she was really helpful and advised I could either have the tyre changed in the garage- or I could arrange a call out for them to come change the tyre for me. I asked for the call out (which was only 30 including VAT) and the tyre was 58 (bargain for a 215/55/R17 - nearside passenger tyre for Nissan Juke)- so 88 in total. Luke came out and took wheel off and swapped it in garage, brought it back and new tyre on- Happy Days! Luke was very friendly and helpful- chatty, polite and funny. Ange was efficient, prompt and friendly- excellent customer service! I have to say- MPG tyres have made my day and I am so grateful for their help- Thank you to both Ange and Luke :D

Brilliant. Staff appeared to be very competent and friendly. I arrived on time (which always helps) and they got stuck in straight away. Waiting room available. In these Covid days I figured the place was as safe as you could expect for s garage, and certainly I felt quite at ease. Job: rear wheel alignment, Volvo. Nothing to report since so job well done .. cheers
