Contacted Payton Jewell Caines as we were interested in buying a house in the Swansea area. Day two of looking, Jade met us to show us their first property. She was very professional, funny, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Every question or concern we had was met with an answer that put us at our ease. Jade explained that the shops/buses/train station were close by. In fact she was amazing..........it was like shopping with your best friend. We fell in love with the house, and she joked well that's it then done. However, she suggested that we could still look at the other two if we wanted..........how sensible. They did not change our minds. She went back to the office and negotiated a price and we had bought a house !!!!!!!! Next day we met two other ladies in their office, they too went above and beyond to complete our paperwork. So if your looking for a \Professional Service with a Smile\ look NO FURTHER!!!!!!!!!!
Went to view property, put in the full asking price. I was told I was the first person to put the full offer on. I waited for several days and had no response from estate agents to confirm if my offer had been accepted or not. After several phone calls, I was told there was a couple before me, and if I would like to make higher offer, but there was no couple before me that put an offer, as I was the first one. Don't appreciate being messed about, very unfair practice, very unprofessional practice. I am very disappointed that people like this can carry on operating without any consequences. It's manipulative and cruel!
Really good so far. Reliable, well informed and politely professional at all times. I viewed a lot of very similar houses with these and some others and opted for a PJC one partly because I found PJC far easier to deal with than others. They also put me in touch with my mortgage advisor Rachel who is clearly wonderwoman in disguise.
