Within five minutes the website takes you through 3 simple steps and hey presto you've secured a storage container. The details of your rental are zipped through to your phone ready for immediate use. When I opened the storage container I'm renting there were 2 bottles of water and a small container of sweets waiting for me along with the lock. A thoughtful gesture.
