I wanted to use the computer to print something off. I was given a guest ID which took 5 mins to sort out. I was then told I had until 1.50pm to use the computer because they were only giving 20 mins slots. This gave me about 12 mins. I was completely new to the library and I asked for help several times because I was unfamiliar with their computers. The two librarians were very unhelpful and unaccommodating which caused my anxiety levels to go up. I then had to join the Library in order to get a WiFi signal on my phone which took up all of my time on the computer. They said I would have to come off that computer and wait another 10 mins to use another one. I was too stressed to wait and left. Not a good experience. I hope they get a lot better in accommodating new customers, otherwise they won't have in customers to serve.

I come here with my daughter quite often, we won't go anywhere else. You always get a friendly welcome when you walk in and the staff working there are always very helpful. It's great for all ages and there's always plenty of activities for the children throughout the year, my daughter loves going. I can't say enough good things about the Library. Five star easily! ️️️️️

don't think much of the layout and signage. The CD are a nightmare to try and have a look through. They should have display stand like in Neath. Staff seem to prefer chatting to welcoming people with a hello and a smile. There a few good staff members and the stock is ok but whoever ordered the shelves did't have a library in mind. Poor signage to sections
