In October 2015 two workmen turned up to fit a new boiler. One of the workmen complained about SA12 the whole time!! Saying what a joke the company was!! When they encountered problem he left to go to another job, leaving his 'mate' to sort it out and do all the clearing up. That night we were left with no hot water or heating! The electrician turned up at 6.45am the following morning and said it was all the workman's fault. Eventually the workman got the boiler working but there were still some electrics to be sorted. It is now January 2016 and we are still waiting!! We have been promised a cheque as recompense for lost earnings as both my husband and I are self -employed and had to give up several day's pay waiting for an electrician who has since been sacked - so we were told!! All we want is for them to fulfill their obligations and finish off the boiler correctly and what THEY promised US, which was a cheque for a relatively small amount. They are now refusing to return my calls or texts. I am disgusted and cannot believe we have been treated so appalling. We are now in the process of taking legal advice.

my experience with this firm I have received nothing but lies from them you need too get everything in writing as they don't seem to know what the truth means
