Very small car park always difficult to park. when entering the car park not much room to enter and when leaving the same easier to go to Tesco neath abbey

You don't get a Lean Customer Experience here, always queues at the tills either because there is no one around to serve or you have to wait for someone to give you a bag, giving the impression they don't trust customers enough to self serve themselves a bag. There always seems to be food cages all over the store with no one working on them, probably trying to be efficient without knowing what they are doing, making it inefficient for them creating a poor customer experience, some aisles are blocked or cages blocking the product customers want. I only go there because it's close,
