Ordered flowers for funeral 5 days ago very disappointed the design wasn't what we ordered ribbon in wrong place and wrong colour flowers asked for for blue heart with ribbon across middle as shown in a photo shown by staff as design to be used on collection it was nothing like we ordered no blue in it just little amount of lilac and rose petals already started to go brown due to pick up on day of funeral so it was to late to make any changes it was from your store and it was on the young girls phone the design we wanted and we did explain to you that we wanted blue and white with the ribbon across the heart
I’ve been ordering flowers many times from The Flower Box via Interflora from Canada for my mum’s Birthday and sometimes Christmas. Every time the flowers have been great and mum was always over the moon. For some reason this time she mentioned to me they were the best she has ever received. This warranted a 10 out of 10 review.
