Worked there 14 years, was offered a better job elsewhere in managment. Put in my notice , and was told the next day to get out, had finger pointed at me, and was more or less accused of being dishonest . Up to then was in line to be next parts manager . Very unprofessional. Have since tried to message the owner to smooth it out, no reply.

Just left here very satisfied. Ryan was great to deal with. He did everything he could to make sure my purchase with Tidal went as smooth as possible. When they didn't have the exact model of tractor on site I wanted, he left his office even as a non sales rep and toured the entire yard and outbuildings looking for another that fit my needs. He even went so far as to check on sold items being actually sold. Needless to say I'd give 6 stars if possible. Thanks Ryan and Tidal Tractor for a job well done.

I walked in with a large down payment for a tractor and trailer. Was told it'd be in early the next week. Next week came and they said that they had t order a bolt to transport the trailer to the dealership. fine. Next week comes, no gear. Call them and they ask if I wanted a winch on the trailer. I said yes, that's what I said when I ordered it. Another week for the winch. Ok. Next week, had to order bolts, another few days. This continued for 4 weeks. When the gear finally showed, had to boost the tractor to get it off the truck. Brand new tractor (with 7 hrs) and a dead battery. New one be down Monday they said. Then no battery or call so I called yet again to see what's going on. Had to order battery, be there tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no battery or call. First thing Wednesday morning, called the boss to tell him to come get his gear. I'm done. They finally show up and install battery, but now battery light is on (never happened before). Parked it and been fighting ever since to get it straightened out. They want to burn me over 1800 for 6 hrs use and 7 weeks of BS now. I wouldn't recommend them for anything unless you love aggravation.
