Received my dressing table and Hollywood mirror, opened the box and the mirror is completely smashed! Told it was AM delivery so waited in all day for it to come at 5PM very bad customer service, can’t get through on the phone and no reply to email! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a mirrored chest of drawers which came on the 11th of June 2020 the day I open the box and assembled the drawers I found that one of the handles of the drawers did not sit well due to there being two entry holes overlapping which prevented the handle from laying flush. I contacted the company advise them that I would like them to replace to draw because I spent a lot of money and I want it to corrected. Initially I was offered 10% back or a replacement of the drawer and I chose a replacement. They sent out two drawers the first one was white which is not the colour of my chest of drawers (it’s mirrored) the second one came and it was smashed! At this point I just wanted to get some sort of compensation as Id paid a lot of money for something that is faulty. I contacted the company again as I was not contacted on either occasion acknowledging the fact that the attempted deliveries were incorrect and requested a partial refund as I’m no longer waiting for the correct draw to be delivered in on piece however, I’ve had radio silence since mid August! I have found the communication has been extremely poor even when I had ordered the chest of drawers communication wasn’t their strongest point. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Purchased the Sophia set of drawers. Beautiful quality piece of furniture. Not a flaw in the craftsmanship. So pleased with it..plan to buy another one! Great communication from delivery man who even helped carry it in.
