On one of the biggest nights of the year, and you cannot book a taxi! You are told to phone back closer to the time as they dont know how many taxis they will have on!! Not much use when you would have no other way home!! Bring back the individually owned taxi firms. At least you could book with them.
Best taxi corporation i have used, taxi comes fast enough compared to other taxi corporations, drivers are ussually really nice and polite, cars meet full comfort of driving you could expect, nice and clean, travels are cheap and i really like the message feauture with all details about the taxi comming to collect you along with it's tracker, excellent taxi really reccomend to everyone.
What was the point of FonaCab buying all of the independent taxi firms and left with not being able to book a taxi? The app also states "out of area" and tells you to call a number. When I called it, the operator said we don't operate taxis in your area, you'll have to phone the local office. This is worse than Translink! Complete rubbish guys, fix it. You clearly don't have enough drivers to support your business in this area.
