Wouldn’t even give one star. My mum paid 900 for what she thought was a lovely Table and Chairs for the conservatory. What was delivered 3 weeks after it was meant to was anything but lovely. We were told that the chairs were out of stock and they would let us have the chairs from the in store display until the right ones came...WRONG! What came was completely different chairs that didn't match the table. When we went to the shop to complain we were told that someone would be in contact with us. What we got was an automated text that said Your chairs have been ordered and we will contact you when they come in. Not even an apology. My mum and dad went down to the shop last Saturday and again were just palmed off. So much so that my mum left the shop in tears. My dad rang head office on Monday demanding that they send someone out to take the table and chairs out of the house and refund our money. I was told that Friday was the soonest they could get out. After arguing for a while I was then told that someone would be there at 3.00pm. Funny how they can change things when they want. However 3pm came and passed. Another phone call. \Oh they're in Belfast and will be with you in the hour\. Didn't happen. Yet another call. Finally at 5.10pm they arrived and took the damn thing away. Something tells me that this isn't the way to run a business. My advice to you is to avoid Houseproud Furnishings. And to Houseproud.... PLEASE take the Proud out of your name. You've nothing to be proud of.

Extremely dissapointed, bought many small home items from Houseproud since it opened in Strabane. Then 9 Months ago i purchased a 3 piece suite and 6 dining chairs which cost over 2000, a couple of months ago I noticed the left hand side of the sofa was dipping and squeeking badly, Houseproud sent out a so called independent technician who reported that it was normal for foam in a sofa to loose it's density. The foam hasn't lost density, it isn't sagging it's leaning to one side. The recliner mechanism when extended on that side has way more movement than any of the other recliners in the suite. Houseproud don't want to know. So if buying furniture from Houseproud Please don't expect expect them to honor the warranty.
