Just like all dealerships. Make promises, don't follow thru. If you think they will be different, they're not. Follow up - I reached out and responded as they requested. Then nothing. Just confirms what I said above. Glad I took my business elsewhere....

Wow! Doesn't that look good as new? Took a little bit longer than we thought but the body shop team did an amazing job fixing her up. Also, the Fantastic job they did cleaning the inside and outside made it all worthwhile! I had a LOT of dirt in that bed... and now it is clean! Thank You!

Had my van in for diagnostic on emissions as a check engine lite was on and gas cap lite on. Diagnostic was esim switch stuck open for the check engine lite also evaporator container plugged as filter had dirt and debris. In service recommendations the cannister, filter and esim switch required. On the esstamation invoice doesn't have the switch on it! Also noticed they just put any amount of km the want on the invoice,what vehicle goes in with exactly 60000km. So far just changed the switch and my engine lite is gone out now and changed the filter and gas cap lite out that saved me 700 dollars in my figures cause changing the canister would an filter on esstamation would have only fixed half my problems if I would had let them do it!
