All of the employees are helpful and provide their expert reccomendation but also make you feel comfortable walking around on your own. There are so many product options but the floor plan is wide open so it doesn't feel over whelming. Prices are high hut the quality is amazing so its worth what you pay for!

I made an internet order and it became VERY complicated. I decided to try a store visit rather than with a online customer service representative (for the 4th time), thing's had gotten really complicated. The store site, #50443, was the closest to me, about about an hour. The 2 ladies that helped me were awesome. They helped me find the correct sizes, made the exchange and even processed a 'free' item exchange for me (it will come in the mail). Again, I do not recall there names but one was #1897108. This was the first ever negative experience have ever had, but I'm grateful for the positive help I received. I REALLY didn't want to change brands. Teubert
