I'm local to Hopkinsville Kentucky and Porta Grace has done right by me and those I've pointed towards its steel buildings. Everytime I call I get through to a person that treats me with respect and hears me out. I been told I talk a lot and I don't feel them rushing me off the phone. And that's one of the reasons I've purchased multiple buildings from them over the past 20 years. From my experience, you get quality steel and service all the way through when you get a Porta Grace product. That's important to me because their buildings protect my hard earned things well. And I can't recommend them high enough. And I still have the nice coffee mug they sent me.

I purchased a building from Porta Grace Manufacturing . March 2018 I guess at one time this was a good business my experience with this company its staff was absolute nightmare. Recommended contractors that took forever to get the job done. concrete install was a total mess.3.5 months of no shows . After the building was built the roof leaked horrendously call the company person came to silicon the screw heads. Roof leaked again fixed it myself. The windows installed were never sealed leak terribly had to seal them myself. I was told this is never happened before our windows never leak. they never even attempted to fix the leaks I had to fix it myself . the total perimeter of the building to this day still leaks .Concrete out of square and level absolute horror show. do not use these people they offer no customer service, no customer satisfaction .I highly do not recommend you do business with these people my two cents. My 3rd steel building worst experience ever.
