Have been taking my children kool smiles for 2yrs. Then Porter dental for a yr. It's been a little busy at times but in over all okay it could be better. I made a appointment ask the young lady if my daughter can come by herself she's 17 she said yes she sat there for a hour then tell her she can't be seen. I called I was told the young lady was new. It was a waste of time

My appointment was for 12pm i didn’t go in the back until 2 o clock and wasn’t seen until about 220. I didn’t like nothing about how they operate and it’s not only like that one day this has happen with my son also just for a regularly cleaning . I was seeing a oral surgeon and paid over 700 dollars which they took with the quickness soon as i gave them my name . And felt like the dentist rush on me . They need to get better with scheduling so the dentist won’t feel like they have to rush which is a serious issue. Prescription wasn’t even sent over to the pharmacy

This is the worst place if you have an emergency. They give you an appointment but still have you sit and wait for 2 hours and then call you to the back and have you sit again for another 45 minutes. Worst service

Nelly was amazing with checking me in. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind,and very detailed. The Office Manager, Ms. Bailey was very helpful with my anxiety and offered another method to assist during my procedure, for next week. I appreciate her for that. She is a great rope model for her staff. It all begins with great leadership and Ms. Bailey displays just that. I traveled from Anne Arundel County for my consultation and they are worth the high rating that is online. All of the staff were courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Staff of Porter Dental on Patterson Avenue!!!!! 5 Gold stars to each of you for your remarkable talent. Well, I am back after a week from my consultation. I had my #19 & #30 teeth removed. When I sat in the chair, the oral surgeon had them both out in 10 minutes. He is very good at his job. The staff thoroughly disinfected the room and supplies. I would recommend them to anyone and will take that 45 minute drive again for services. Again, Ms. Dailey assisted with my anxiety before my procedure. Thank you Nd. Dailey. I am sending air hugs to the entire staff. They are so professional and the teamwork is amazing!!!!

They were very well organized and they had excellent customer service. Dr. D. Berry in particular was my dentist and he was really excellent and very attentive to all my needs.. Thank You Dr. Berry and all the staff at Porter Group - Patterson Ave. Baltimore , MD.
