Service department is horrible. My car has been having the same issues since last year and they still haven't fixed it. Kept my car for almost a month just to get it back with the same problem. They gave me there consumer affairs number. Called them and they did nothing. There advice was to try another infiniti service at another dealership which is in another state. After my lease I'm done with infiniti thanks to porter service dept.

Great Experience. We walked in almost at closing with our kids in tow and they stayed open so we can check out the QX50. The next day we called to test drive and they had the car ready to go when we got there. Super easy to and quick when it came time to purchase!

They are honest, patient, professional, and they find the answer if they don’t know it. Great team of hard working men and women who treat your car like it’s theirs. They are honest with diagnostic and pricing and help you find the best solution. They will provide you with a clean loaner vehicle if you request it. I use to take my car to a 3rd party location to get my car done, and they really messed up my car. I’ll always pay a little extra to make sure the service was done right the first time. Thank you to the amazing team at Porter Infiniti!!!
