I have been a customer of these for 13 years or more. I have never complained about the food before. Ive never had any problems the food has always been lovely despite the chips usually turn up freezing cold and hard. But still i never complain because the rest is usually lovely. Anyway I ordered tonight and I had one piece of kebab meat and it tasted like a strong aniseed/ liver taste. And left an awful aftertaste in my mouth which made me heave. I was nearly sick. I phoned the shop to complain and I was told I am not able to have my money back. I am not happy that they haven't made things right especially being a loyal customer. I will never order from here again. And I will be reporting

Lovely food as always, I usually have a delivery but as I was out and about ordered on Food Hub for collection. Upon arriving they promptly welcomed me and asked whether I was placing or collecting an order and even though they were incredibly busy they made in up in minutes while I waited. Wonderful service all round!
Not for the first time the fpod was appalling, pizza base was soggy after standing for so long and the cheese was like rubber, wont be ordering from here again.
Food is always fresh, tasty and first class, there can be a wait for delivery or for your food in the shop but that's just down to how popular they are Would highly recommend this shop
Food is always hot and fresh nothing is too much trouble for the staff been having food from here for about 3 years never had a problem and will continue to have orders from here
