Just found out an elderly relative is made to BUY their own urine sample bottles to be able to give a sample... Never heard such rubbish. Charging an old, unwell woman for basic equipment!? Paying for access to free healthcare!? Will be complaining to healthboard.

It’s hard to believe in 2020 you cannot speak to a real person on the phone in a doctors surgery. I would say we are going backwards, but in the past we had a much better service than now. What is the point of giving our thoughts and feelings on this forum, not one message has had a response. Does anyone at the surgery ever really read these concerns?
Was on the phone for a hour and a half , the full call in times , after this absolute waste of time , in a 5 second convo I was told no appointments and that was that.. receptionist said I should've called at 2:30 , when telling her I did and that's how long I've been waiting , boop boop , barely a public service if you ask me
Absolutely awful service leaving vunerable unwell patients without access to a gp. Day after day of ring up. New patent and definitely moving from this gp practice.
