Absolutely shocking service! Items missing, when phoning no apology the woman was shouting loud and rudely in background. Was asked to come and pick them up I said the reason I ordered was due to isolating. They then lied about driver being at my house. Waited another 35 mins for missing items still no apology. Food was stone cold and thrown in the bin. Waste of 24! This is how you treat reg customers. Lost my custom!

Not even worthy of one star placed an order for delivery paid the 3 pound fee food came no bbq sauce rang up as noone will eat in my house without it and was told that if i wanted my bbq sauce i had already paid for collect it or go without there too busy to bring me my sauce rude and i will never order from there again....

Ordered 4 chicken ball meals and only recieved 3 which were cold on arrival and when I phoned the restaurant I was told I wasnt aloud the 3rd meal because the delivery driver was busy even though I had paid for the 4th meal. Yet to have a refund from the restaurant itself or just eat

2nd time they have got our order wrong. When we rang this time, no apologies and said we could have the correct order next time as the driver wouldn't be back for a while. Paid 4.80 for a fried rice instead of the Singapore chow mein we had ordered. There will not be a next time, I don't normally complain but really annoyed.
