Not sure what happened tonight, but the driver wanted to charge us an extra 35 for a journey we'd already paid 70 for, and then threatened to drop us off 2 miles from our home. I didn't feel safe in the vehicle as the driver got really cross. I wouldn't recommend them.

Had return minibus today driver charged double what was shown on the meter by the driver which is illegal. Awaiting reply back from the company as to why the driver done this breaking the law. Should have started on higher tariff to reflect bank holiday but cannot double meter charge when at the destination. Rip off.
Lovely lady on the phone. Very helpful. Taxi's always on time and drivers are lovely. Jacko went out of his way to help my elderly mother in to the car. Thank you Kwik Cabs. A welcome addition to Porthcawl

shocking service phoned last saturday to prebook a taxi for the night and when i phoned back to see where it was i was told the system has froze and lost all there bookings left us stranded for 35 minutes in the end i used another firm who was here within 10 minutes nothing quick about these guys avoid them if i was you
What a rubbish firm claims to be 24 hours come 2.30am they never answer phones tried on 3 occasions leaving me have to phone and alternatively that never let me down avoid at all costs another firm cant provide what they say there going to do shame porthcawl has only 1 firm that has to provide for all areas as every one else seems to be falsely advertising really winds me up
