If I could rate this 0 stars I would after the terrible customer service that I and my 1 year old daughter received by jaqui Watkins. Who treated me appallingly, as I was trying to book a holiday however I was told to leave my child was not crying she was just been a typically loud toddler and because of this I was asked to leave. Not a child friendly branch at all will never book a holiday with regal travel think jaqui should have a career change as she is not capable of dealing with situations appropriately better in an office. For someone who says she has children would of thought she would of been more understanding.
