Amazing shop, excellent ethics, helpful and friendly staff. Been a customer for over 11 years now can't recommend enough It isn't just a shop for babies anymore. You can get clothes from newborn to adult. You can buy chocolate and coffee. They stock eco products for your bathroom and kitchen. There has been a new pet range added recently too. I'm a big fan of their open ended toys, books and arts and crafts products. It has been incredibly useful during lockdown! Their delivery is usually within 48 hours and it's free if you spend over 40! Alongside this there is a helpful FB group called the Hangout which is great for real life pictures and info. Their Instagram is full of inspiration to scroll through.

Really happy with my purchase from here and the excellent customer service - speedy delivery in eco friendly packaging, at a great price. Was happy I could find all this from a lovely small business rather than giving my money to Amazon. They even threw in a free hot chocolate which was a bonus I'm a fan.
As a previous reviewer noted you shouldn't have to chase a company for a product you've paid for. Waited nearly a month for Christmas presents to arrive, at which point it was after Christmas! Good job the recipient was too young to understand or notice. I was not impressed with customer services at all and couldn't honestly recommend this shop to anyone else after our experience. We are sympathetic that things are taking longer because of the pandemic but it was ridiculous and we had zero issues with any other shops and orders arriving. It's a shame because the product range is amazing.

Really easy to navigate the website & I was able to use a discount code found on the Babi Pur hangout page. Our Grimms Pastel Balls arrived quickly & are excellent quality! Also bought 1kg of Violets Mineral Bleach.
The products that Babipur stock speak for themselves as being 5 star worthy. I also love that I now don't need to hunt and search high and low for items that are ethical, planet friendly and at a decent price; there is such a huge variety and definitely something for everyone. What really sets this company apart from others is its customer service. The staff at the end of your emails and calls are second to none, no problem is too difficult to solve and everything is dealt with in such a friendly manner. It's seriously awesome. Only problem is it has raised the bar in my expectation of customer service everywhere else... Let's just say not all customer service was created equally! Very proud Babipurian :D
