Now bear in mind I never leave reviews, but when my friends and I walked in, the guy behind the counter exclaimed that he had made the lightest pizza dough. Honestly, the pizza was incredible. So light, generous in the pizza topping (pepperoni) and just great service. If you guys were back in Cardiff, you would have a regular customer.

Delicious halal food Had the chicken skewers and they were flavorful and moist The fish and chips was delicious too The pizza was average The burger was not bad Prices are not too high Only issue is the atmosphere in the place is not very welcoming. Owner were angry and sometimes rude

I left a review of 1star, the owner has asked for an explanation at least, so here it is Hun Rude staff, undercooked pizzas, Donner will make you ill, overpriced for quality of food. I will never return after giving this business, far too many times to make up for the faults, after they seem to blame me for getting my order wrong? No matter the situation. make sure you say EXACTLY what you want with your food, if it's something you'd normally expect salad with, you must make a special request as everytime I have been here, I have ordered food, taken it home (10 minutes away) to find quite literally meat and sauce... I genuinely thought that they had forgotten! No customer service, no respect. Staff don't understand to wear the mask over their nose, and don't ask customers to wear there's if it's dangling off their ear... Clearly not exempt! No direct system in place for people ordering or waiting areas with social distancing. No plastic guard whatsoever between customers and staff.

All good & well if you like being over charged & having rude service. They don't listen to your orders then accuse you of ordering wrong when you take your order back to rectify the error. Then to top it off, try to charge you extra for salad & cheese that would have been included normal with the meal when ordered. By all means I'd avoid this place as they try to take advantage. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, I've challenged them on this before & corrected then on their incorrect ways & had then return the monies after a bit of back & forth. Won't be returning as always disappointed & always the same experience unfortunately, even the response you give is as if you don't care & I didn't have any sauce so... See you never.
