The cafe is upstairs away from the hustle and bustle of the shop. It is well staffed and the area is spotlessly clean. The meals/drinks are served to you by friendly and professional waitresses. A perfect place to pass the time whilst waiting for the bus/train.

We always used to visit this cafe when it was Kerfoots and this was our first visit to Portmerion Cafe. The food was tasty and service pretty good too. The chips were delicious! A little pricey but with the Portmerion name attached we were not surprised.
Good meeting place very friendly Welsh speaking staff but one fault business people cannot charge their laptops etc and could do with few comfortable setees and the deco needs a bit of colour.8 out of 10.
No problems with social distancing, although food at current time limited menu, it was of good quality on both of our visits. Good 'One way' system in operation with ample staff to help.
Brilliant place to eat. Super friendly staff.. a cut above most other cafes. Recommend.

Helpful staff. Area well 'arrowed'. Enjoyed coffee and bara brith. Downstairs shop also well 'arrowed ' but two ladies insisted on going up the stairs against the 'one way ' covid19 directions saying they had'nt seen the arrows. Let's hope they were'nt driving.
