Hidden gem !!!!! Stayed a couple of days at the touring site nearby for the beautiful black rock beach. Came across the wonderful place for our evening meals. Outstanding staff, good wholesome food and dog friendly. Thank you very much. 5*****.

Lovely place next to black rock sands. Accepts dogs. Carvery on Sunday. I had the prawn starter. Friend had broccoli and cheese bake. Good sized portions beautifully cooked and very tasty. Good value for money.

One of the nicest places I've ever been to eat. Lovely food and huge portions. Home cooked meals prepared and cooked by not just great staff but great hosts. There is free parking and WiFi. Disabled access with ramps for wheel chairs or scooters, great for children 2 pool tables children's games and books all available to be used. Homely roaring fire nice wet beer what more could you want.

This pub doesn't look much but never judge a book by its cover. The staff are lovely. The food is great, I had the giant fish and chips and the fish was as big as my fore arm. There's plenty of outdoor seating with a kids play area. Great beers. Car parking. Located close to the beach.

Food was quite good and fairly quick service. We had main course only which seemed to be about 8.00 upwards. Starters were about 5.00 and puds about 4.00. Staff very pleasant. The only downside is that the deco is fairly basic and could do with updating. Worth a visit if you don't mind the basic appearance of the pub!
