Frequently shop at EWM. Love the excellent, reasonably priced products and every time I have been to the Porthmadog shop the staff have been very friendly and helpful.

The stars I gave are for the staff that work in the gift shop side of your establishment . I am on holiday with my disabled mum who is in a wheelchair she has 6grandchidren and 11greatgrandchildren whom she would have liked to have bought a little gift for but although the staff where very kind and helpful the shop itself was just impossible to get around due to all the baskets of things on the floor it was like an obstical course and it's like this most places we go to. My mum got so fed up with not being able to get in and buy gifts for her family she lost interest and wanted to leave. Now count how much money you just lost 17 grand/great grandchildren plus things for friends and herself your talking 100 roughly and she's not the only person who goes or tries to go into your shop I think you need to seriously reconsider the layout of your shop

Not much room to move around the shop floor,especially with a wheelchair. I was actually forced to move some fixtures so I could move and the staff made no effort to help.
