The apartment was amazing inside with a beautiful interior and all the things were equipped. The facilities inside the apartment such as swimming pools,restaurants,and supermarkets didn't open during the winter time but the ocean is 5min away and there're many restaurants,cafes,and shops nearby. Highly recommend

I did not expect anything special as it was the cheapest all inclusive holiday I have found but this should not be called \all inclusive\ in a first place as most of the things are not included. Standards are really bad but this was expected for the price. The two pluses that I have managed to find eventually are: music by the swimming pool was good (keep in mind that sun loungers by the hotel swimming pool cost 1.50 per day), and chips were ok so if you don't like the \menu\ you can just keep eating chips

Last year, 2018, was full of life but this year, no pool, no bar, no restaurant, no place for kids! Looks like a desert town! And 2 of 4 elevators have no supervision in 2 years now!

Honestly for me as a 14 year old at the time , I thought the hotel was very child friendly , no adult arguments very clean hotel rooms internet which is a big must for this generation The pool was amazing very clean , however one of the 7 days I stayed me and my cousin aged 9 found a poop in the corner of the pool next to some ladders , as the service was so good however when we told the main desk they shut the pool immediately and cleaned it and re opened the pool the next morning , the club was very energetic a very lively energy filled the room as you entered , the games room was decent not many people went in there due to the decency of the pool there was also a tennis’s court very cool no other hotel had one as far as I knew . Also it was only a shprt walk to the beach and town , the food very good the deserts amazing five stars for that , at breakfast there was a range of Portuguese food and English food which is also a must In conclusion I enjoyed my stay at this hotel Alicia x

No Wi-Fi the room you have to pay 6 Euro for 3 days only available in the reception area... you have to pay for electric kettle 1 per day you have to pay 150 for sun bed The parasol the same very outdated furniture electric cable sticking out

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Where do I start, this has been the worst Holiday ever and if you think the staff will actually care about your complaints you are wrong!! They just move on to the next person and shrug their shoulders, turn there back on you, or say you have had too much alcohol!! Rooms don't get cleaned. In 4 nights stay the bed sheets weren't changed, neither were the towels!! Beds creak so much you won't be able to sleep anyway!! If you want the TV remote, a kettle, iron etc you have to pay daily rate and deposits! To sit by the pool you have to pay for sunloungers & parasols daily! Spirits are not included until after 8pm so if you think your all inclusive will give you a nice cocktail by the pool you are WRONG, also you pay for snacks by the pool!! No freebies for all Inclusive guests so make sure you take lots of spare cash!! The food at each meal time is inedible unless you want a bread diet at each meal!! Everyone you speak to has the same issues and everyone is eager to go home!!
