We came on the 7th of August to Dadicauto. We said before, that our Tourneo Custom had problems with the alternator. After 5 hours, they said, that there is no problem to find. I showed it to them on my voltmeter, that is not working correctly. They comment was. We had a look at it and we are closing now. 3 days later another ford dealer in Spain said, that the alternator was burnt.
