I am extremely grateful for the service DC Engenharia provide. We were in the process of buying the house in Alvore . We needed the survey of the place as it was an old building. We found the company on Google and Ricardo very quickly schedule the service. He provided very professional services, he was detail oriented and he pointed out structural , electrical and plumbing issues that we would not recognize otherwise. We highly recommend this company.

I recently (Dec 2019) used Ricardo and his assistant to conduct a survey for me in the Algarve. They were extremely good at communicating and responding to messages. They very quickly scheduled the survey and completed it with the state of the art technology. I feel very lucky to have been recommended to use Ricardo's experience and highly recommend him of you ate looking to buy property in the Algarve. He speaks at least Portuguese and English fluently and possibly other languages... I had no issues telling him my concerns and understanding his findings.
