Husband bought a Gopro Hero 6 and Nintendo and told the staff they need to fill out a tax free form for us to claim at the airport. Staff didn't believe us and said it has to be done at the airport. Went to the airport and the Tax Free Custom deparment told us that it should have been done at the store. To the manager of this store, please educate your staff as there will be more tourists making the same request. We asked twice and your staff just ignored the request.
