I do not advise anyone to go with Portland. They do not finish what they start and they do not keep their word. We have been in our house 27 months and our punch list is still not finished.No one in the office ever picks up a phone. Are they still in business? They do not return phone calls. We get a response a week later when we send an email.

Do not hire Portland. I would have given 0 stars if this system would allow me to. We hired them to build a custom home. After 9 months it was barely 50% done and we found that one of the owners was sent to prison. The rough-in plumbing and Tyvek failed code 3 times and Portland made no effort to rectify it. Instead, Todd argued with the inspector. There were multiple delays followed by multiple excuses. After being questioned about poor workmanship and code violations, Todd told us to "find another builder", which we happily did. However, Portland has not paid at least 2 subcontractors even though they were paid in full for all the work (even the work that didn't pass code).
