The stuff is very helpful and nice (they speak English). Servis is okay. Didn't put 5 stars only because I had to wait more than an hour for my turn and there was just one ticket number before me.

The positive: someone comes to the entrance to welcome you. Other than that really bad experience. Only a few customers there, but it takes ages and I decided to leave after 40 minutes and checked the website afterwards, my ticket would have been called after 90 minutes.
Staff is not profesional. They dont respect if you are waiting from long time. Even they client's request they still talking about personal mattereven though there is big line so best of luck people not happy at all.
Relatively easy to open a new bank account online but if you have the misfortune of having to go to a physical agency it's a nightmare. Lots of waiting time, staff is not organized or very helpful. You just have to wait, even for the simplest request. The waiting lines are the same for new and existing users, which is ridiculous.
Very slow work! And even no facilities for customers to sit and rest. You have to stand all the time and normally you have to wait for at least 45 minutes for a very simple thing! You can't sit on the floor as well because it's forbidden in their bank!

Don't recommended this bank.... Someone steal my money form my account and this Bank do literally nothing... they start some \proces\. They donn't inform police, they make only \proces\ which can take from 1 month to 6 months... so if you got money in ActivioBank account you have to know, your money are not safe. Otherwise when someone steal money from your account you will left without any savings because they make \proces
