The only downside was that the coaching isn't very picky when it comes to proper form (many experienced athletes were clearly doing things with bad form), so just be very conscious of what your current fitness level is and pick your weights accordingly and you'll be just fine. Other than that there was a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Very spacious box (the biggest I've ever been to by a clear margin) with good quality equipment. There are athletes at all levels, of whom everyone is giving 100%, so you won't have a hard time fitting in regardless of if you're a beginner just off the on-ramp course or a more experienced athlete with several years of active training under your belt.

The “coaches” pretend they don’t speak English and in general show that they don’t really care about the training. Such an irresponsible attitude shouldn’t be tolerated for a discipline which requires proper instruction to prevent an injury. I’ve been to a few CrossFit gym all over the world, and this one is the worst so far.
