I would not recommend this company - dodgy practise I would not recommend this company. They do not have the customer at heart, only profit. I ordered a device over a month ago and had to chase weekly for updates. I was told each week “it will be sent” & “it’s going to be sent Friday”. I chased again this week and was told they could not fulfil the order as they are changing the brand name. Then a sales pitch to try and up sell. What a waste of my time, especially as they must have seen this coming, just be honest from the outset. Clearly some dodgy practise from Findster.... I have since (5 mins before posting this) ordered device from a much more reliable brand which had better ratings. To which I have already received tracking information. The company are refusing to refund me. They are asking me to delete this review in return for the refund, which is as dodgy as it gets. I have supplied a screen shot as evidence. They are now pretending not to get my emails.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I've been emailing with Findster for a week now because the product will not pair on my phone. One module will pair, while the other won't light up. Thinking I was missing something, I emailed the company, followed all of their instructions, but the product still won't work. I had the same problems last summer when I wanted to use the product. I'm so frustrated because if you spend 200 on a product like this, you expect it to work. When you email the company, it takes 24-48 hours for them to get back to you, so when the product has multiple issues, it can take forever to resolve the issue. I also posted something on the company's Facebook page, and instead of addressing my concerns, they deleted my post - such bad customer service. Please save yourself the stress and your 200. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Ordered two DUO trackers. One works perfectly well while the other unit does not connect to the cradle correctly and also did not record anything like accurate GPS recordings. I reported this to them after 2 days of delivery. They are refusing to send me a replacement unit and are blaming it on firmware. Strange how one device works on the same firmware. Either way, firmware or hardware the fact is I have paid for 2 units and only one of them is working. I'm also fairly certain firmware updates will not address the constant issue of the device falling out of the cradle Looking at other reviews it seems the message is clear… shoddy hardware and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've asked several times for a replacement unit and the request is simply refused. ...BUYER BEWARE

Do not buy from this company! It shows false advertisement. Reviews on their official website are carefully chosen! I have submitted a low-rating review and it was blocked. Their rating on google and on their website are completely different. I've only had problems with the product and with the costumer service since buying Findster Duo. First of all, the product doesn't work. It looses connection with the phone and shows false locations. Sometimes I will go for a walk with my pet and the location would be "at home" the entire time. Location updates only every 30s, it's NOT real time and the location is 10-500 (!) meters wrong (if it updates at all and doesn't show "at home"). I bought 3 trackers, but only 1 or 2 will connect at the same time and I'll have to do endless factory resets to get the third one to connect. The next day, another tracker will randomly refuse to connect. When contacting costumer support, they just forward me to their FAQ in the website or copy and paste the instructions from the website. About the false locations, they reply that "it's just like this" and that "GPS is not accurate either way". When I tried to return the product, the "suddenly" take forever to reply to any email. You have to pay for the shipping back (or they will reduce 10%-15% of your refund) and pay for an insurance as you need to assume *full responsibility* if the product is lost or damaged on the way. There's no phone number to contact them, so you may be stuck with a product that doesn't work. Good luck!

Cautious when buying this product. It’s good for basically a walk in a small park. So it didn’t work for me and that’s where the real problems started. When you order you don’t get an invoice or receipt. Nor does one come in the box. You have to request one via mail from San Francisco or I kid you not, Portugal! They have no phone number and any request you try and make via the “contact form” kicks you back to a “contact form” I’ve been asking for a return/refund/ contact of any kind for several days now. Nothing. Company is very sketchy when you can’t call them, email them and they don’t provide a receipt. Stay away.
