We had a great experience - friendly, easy going service and the price is truly hard to beat. We rented a 50cc for 24hrs and it turned our to be probably the best choice we made on our 5-day trip. Would have done it twice if we didn’t have to catch a bus the next morning. Highly recommend these guys. Also recommend going higher than 50cc if you plan to ride two people. Porto is hilly and the smaller bike has a hard time maintaining any speed going uphill.
We were charged 150 for a 2cm superficial scratch. No customer would even notice it but they planned to replace the whole piece. It felt even worse because it appeared when it was parked during the night in a calm area. We do not discuss here the honesty of the guys, their friendliness neither the rental/replacement prices nor the trouble management (we had the bad luck to loose temporary a licence paper). Just the scratch policy: replacing a part for 10% of the scooter value to get rid of a scratch that nobody would notice but them, it sounds ridiculous. I don't know other rental stores policies but it is sufficient for me not to recommend this rental store to friends.
New scooters, good quality and excellent service. And for an amazing price. If you want to rent a 50 or 125 cc, go to this place!
