Ok to visit in a rainy day without anything else to do or go. Nice to see where Napoleon lived for that year. I didn’t have the time to visit Villa dei Mulini just the Villa San Martino.

They could have done better keeping the residence to its beauty. Yet again this is one of the few thing you could visit on this island

An interesting place to visit if you are interested in Napoleon, and if you’re not, it’s in a reasonably nice location. It is rather unloved though and gardens are overgrown, information is scares and the experience could be better. Rather than learning much about Napoleon, you get to look at a pleasant old house in nice countryside.

Anyone interested in history should visit. Beautifully maintained. Elba itself is a beautiful place. Gorgeous bays, beaches, mountains
