I was fortunate to be a client of Poise'N Art when they were located in Cleveland Heights where Matt and his team did an amazing job with my family portraits. I recently stopped by their new 'Portrait Perfection' studio in South Euclid and I absolutely love it. I cannot wait to see how this new studio takes off. I go to Poise'N Art for anything photographic I need and I recommend them highly.

Very unprofessional doesn't answer phone calls or keep you updated on your status when it's pass the delivery date doesn't return voicemails and suppose to give you a link to track your order and never did the photography was nice but recieving the photos is the biggest hassel ever

My family took pictures over a year ago in there previous location in Richmond Mall, paid for a portion of pictures an never recieved the picture's seen information on move to current location left numerous messages an never recieved a call back my mother also have left numerous messages my family is very disappointed in this outcome they we may never get our yearly family pictures would not refer to anyone.

The pictures were beautiful , hower they closed down the store in the mall , don't answer the phone , and we have yet to reach anyone for our pictures I think its very rude to not reach out to customers.
