A great place for naughty play toys

Very helpful staff. Good sale on. Nice and tidy. But... None of the toys seemed to have charge, and the interior isn't try most wheelchair/disabled friendly. More room needs to be given to enable disabled patrons ease to look at all the lingerie and clothing displays.

A bad representation of an Ann Summers shop. The staff didn't approach us at all, despite us going round the shop several times. The tills are in complete view of the fitting rooms, where I went to try on a product. Noone came over to check on us at all (I had my sister and her friend with me). You need to feel comfortable at a shop like this, and we didn't feel welcome at all.

Don't understand giving 1 star without a reason. So will give 5 star. Seen as I found the staff very helpful. Well stocked for a small shop. It's a shame it isn't larger in here. But doesn't feel cramped. Some good items, and reasonable prices. Will be visiting again.... regularly

The staff is always so helpful when I shop there, the location isn’t as big as some other Ann summers but, they make do with the space they have. The shop is well stocked and they have always had what I see online in shop!

I went to try on body size small and size medium, after deciding that I need a size small the lady that was behind the till (after double checking what size I need) put the size medium body in the size small box. It cost me 28 and I can’t do anything with it really because it’s way too big. Very disappointed
